The subscription itself is governed by a written agreement, its data processing addendum and its service level agreement, delivered before any billing.
The content of the site
The published figures (versions, number of scripts, alert templates, applications) are measured in the product on the stated date and evolve with releases. Prices are those in effect at publication, in Canadian dollars, taxes extra; the price applicable to a subscriber is the one in their agreement. The screens reproduced on the site are illustrations of the product with fictional data.
Comparisons with other vendors rely on their public prices observed in 2026 for a comparable configuration, without naming them, and may have changed.
Trademarks, liability, applicable law
OKTO, OKTO RMM and OKTO PSA are trademarks of OKTO Solutions inc. The other product names cited (Windows, macOS, Linux, Microsoft 365, Bitdefender, SentinelOne, Huntress, HaloPSA, ConnectWise, Autotask, NextDNS, Tailscale, RustDesk, Slack, Teams, Discord, PagerDuty) belong to their owners and are cited to describe integrations.
