Who builds OKTO RMM.
OKTO RMM is built, hosted and supported by OKTO Solutions, an IT service provider founded in 2025 in Trois-Rivières, Quebec, by Antonio Pazzi. The team is about ten people and runs the product every day on the fleet of its own clients before selling the subscription to other providers.

Antonio Pazzi
Antonio Pazzi founded OKTO Solutions in 2025 after some fifteen years in infrastructure and IT support for small and medium businesses. He leads the OKTO RMM product: he is the one who decides what goes into a release, tests the agent on the fleet and answers when a subscriber writes. He signs the pages of this site.

Why an RMM from here
Because we were paying the same invoice as you.
OKTO Solutions manages devices and servers for businesses in the Mauricie region, Montréal and the South Shore. For years, the monitoring tool was rented from an American vendor, paid in US dollars, on a device minimum we did not always reach, with support that answered from another time zone. OKTO RMM was born from that invoice. The product has run on our own fleet since June 2026, and every release ships to us first.
How we work
Ship often, say what is not ready.
Since June 2026, 432 console releases have been published, each with release notes readable in the product. What is not shipped is not on this site. What is removed from the product, like the backup module, is removed here too. When a certification is missing, we write it. It is the only way a subscriber can take us at our word.
