Privacy policy of the oktormm.ca website.

The oktormm.ca website sets no tracking cookies, loads no third-party scripts and does not measure audience. The only personal information processed is what a person writes themselves through the contact form, which opens their own email client. OKTO Solutions keeps that email for the time needed to handle the request, in accordance with Quebec's law on the protection of personal information.

What the site collects

  • No tracking or analytics cookies. The only cookie is your own choice about cookies, kept on your device; see the Cookies and privacy page.
  • No third-party scripts: fonts, images and code are served from oktormm.ca.
  • The contact form stores nothing on the site. It opens your email client with a prefilled message that you send yourself.
  • The web server keeps a technical log (IP address, page requested, time) for 30 days for security and troubleshooting, then deletes it.

The price calculator and the tabs run in your browser; nothing is transmitted.

What we do with an email we receive

  • It is used to answer the request: price, migration, technical question.
  • It is read by the OKTO Solutions team and kept in the company mailbox for the duration of the relationship, then at most three years after the last exchange.
  • It is not sold, rented or passed on to anyone, except under a legal obligation.
  • No newsletter is sent without a separate consent.

Your rights

Quebec's Law 25 gives you the right to know what information OKTO Solutions holds about you, to have it corrected, to withdraw your consent and to request its deletion. A written request to the address opposite receives a reply within 30 days. You may also file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
