OKTO RMM costs $100 a month for up to 33 devices and servers, then $2.99 per device per month up to 500 devices. Past 500, the whole fleet moves to $1.99. The price is in Canadian dollars, billed monthly, with no multi-year contract, and includes remote desktop, third-party patching, integrations, unlimited technicians and support.

Taxes extra, as everywhere.

Pricing questions

The details we give you up front.

Does a server count as a device?
Yes, a server is a device: $2.99. No $8 or $12 server rate like elsewhere. A Windows desktop, a Linux server, a Mac, a virtual machine: same price.
How does the move to $1.99 work?
As soon as your fleet passes 500 devices, the whole fleet is billed at $1.99, not only the devices beyond the 500th. At 600 devices you pay $1,194 a month, not $1,495 plus $199.
How do you count devices?
By the number of active agents at the end of the month. A device removed or offline for more than 30 days does not count. A device added on the 25th counts from the following month.
Is there a commitment?
Monthly, cancellable with 30 days' notice. Your data is handed back as a full export at the end. No three-year contract, no exit penalty.
What about taxes, exchange rates, setup fees?
Prices in Canadian dollars, GST and QST extra, like any business here. No setup or migration fees. No currency conversion to absorb.
